Songda 7 JSC. (SD7) announced its 2012 Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM)) resolution with following main contents:
The company targets VND28.2 billion net profit on VND1.09 trillion and ROE of 7.6% and ROA of 1.3% in 2012.
AGM authorized Board of Directors (BOD) to change its head office to Floor 7, Lot B, HH4 Building, Pham Hung, Tu Liem, Hanoi.
AGM approved to revise SD7’s regulation in accordance with new legal representative, new head quarter address.
The meeting approved plan to increase SD7’s charter capital to VND180 billion from current VND90 billion. BOD will build up plan and seeks for shareholders’ approval in written documents.
The firm earned VND10.1 billion net profit on VND1.21 trillion revenues and a dividend payment of equivalent at VND1,400/share in 2011.
